/Cubus blouse, Alksne skirt, River Island watch, Asos heels/
If there's anything asymmetric out in the market, it's going to be on my wishlist. I haven't yet figured out what's the thing about it, that lures me in and makes me want to run to the bank and get a loan, but while I'm preparing myself for this sprint, I have to find a way how to get what I want while spending less money. Also having the chance of putting in my impact on the design is a pleasant bonus.
I knew I was going to make a pair of asymmetric skirt for a while, but I just couldn't find the right fabric. It's actually not that easy to find a decent one in Riga. Also, when you know what you want, you probably won't find it. But I did notice this one a couple of weeks ago, and I just went for it. That's why I tend to do these little visits while passing by, just because, maybe, if I'm lucky, I find something half the way of desired.
I wanted to start out with a very simple design and see how my skills and idea would work out. I think, it did. I like that the front, longer piece, makes them decent enough to wear them to the office (finally something fashionable) and the woollen fabric keeps me a little warm in this weather.
The more I think about it, the more they feel like a blessing right now.
